In recognition of her work in the history of science, David P. Wheatland Curator Sara Schechner has been named the recipient of the 2019 Paul Bunge Prize by the [Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker](https://www.gdch.de/service-information/nachricht/article/paul-bunge-preis-geht-an-sara-j-schechner.html) and the German Bunsen Society.
