Explore the Harvard Semitic Museum with a free half hour gallery tour of /From the Nile to the Euphrates: Creating the Harvard Semitic Museum/. This exhibition celebrates the vision of Professor David Gordon Lyon (1852–1935), the museum’s founder and first director. Come learn about the rich collection of Middle Eastern antiques Lyon assembled. This is a family and individual event and not meant as a substitute for the museum's docent-led tours. Large groups should complete the online [Reservations Request Form](https://harvard.az1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_b4tur3QpZECdWAd) for more information about docent-led tours.
